This office building had a few shingles that were broken or missing. They had water dripping down into the drywall ceiling causing water damage, making that office in the building inhabitable. 

They found us on Home Advisor and knew their roof needed some repairing, so we ripped up approximately 3 squares of roofing, and replaced the roof decking, installing an Ice & Water protector, and new shingles. IKO Goldshield Ice and Water protector would stop the leaking, and the CDX Plywood is better for water protection as well.

Water was backing up from the gutters and caused warping in the shingles.  Proper repairs were made to the gutters as needed and the section of roof damaged was replaced, including the flashing around the chimney.

The fascia on this home in Mukwonago WI was rotted through. This was caused by an old leak and needed to be replaced because fascia protects your walls and overhang from water damage. We removed all of the bad boards, replaced them with new ones, and covered the area with aluminum trim coil. 

Leaves and other debris have clogged the gutters.  By installing RainDrop Gutter Guards, rain, snow, and ice will flow naturally into the gutters all year round. 

The plaster in this home was wrinkling and starting to fall. We replaced the shingles and two pipe boots that were known to leak in the past with PermaBoots. We also installed a ridge vent, chimney flashing, and aluminum drip edge to keep the roof in prime condition and ready to take on whatever winter brings.
