Long-term homeowners who have lived in their house for 47 years, are seeking to replace their 3-tab roof, which was last replaced in 1999. While there are no current leaks, the roof is missing drip edge and is very worn out. 

This house in Greenfield had extensive damage from high winds.  We came to the house right away to assess the damages and tarp.  Within a few days we replaced the entire roof as this roof was at end of life.

10-year-old roof was improperly installed and had a terrible leak into the family room.  We replaced the entire roof with our 50-year warranty so that the homeowners would never have to worry again!

This back porch in Milwaukee WI had a rubber roof that was peeling due to old age and the adhesive no longer working. We peeled off the rubber roofing and installed Modified Bitumen (mod bit) roofing, which is made from bitumen and ceramic granules. The chimney flashing was also completed to give the roof a finished look and seal the connection between the roof and chimney. 

This roof lost many shingles in a recent windstorm.  Klaus Roofing Systems worked with the homeowner's insurance company and replaced the roof.
