In Milwaukee, WI, a homeowner is looking to completely replace their 8-year-old roof, which is in very poor condition. The project will involve installing IKO Nordic IR shingles in the Cornerstone color. The scope of work includes cutting a ridge vent and replacing the small chimney flashing. The total roof area is 1,163 square feet.
This porch roof was rotting and caving in, so we replaced the whole front section of the roof on the porch overhang, along with some rafters and the decking. We used CDX plywood for this job because it's strong and lasts forever!
We were able to repair their EPDM roof and porch area, accompanied by new gutters and downspouts to ensure maximum roof longevity.
We replaced Barbara's entire EPDM (flat) roof after a bad windstorm had torn the entire roof off.
In Milwaukee, WI, a homeowner faced a leak on the front pitch of their roof, which was replaced about 10-12 years ago. The issue stemmed from a poor installation with tar paper and original flashings, resulting in a leak at the front foyer ceiling. To resolve this, we proposed a comprehensive solution for the 2195 sqft roof. This includes matching tan edge metals, installing Brownstone shingles with copper penny flashing, and addressing the chimney flashing. Additionally, we will install new step flashing and aluminum soffit to ensure a durable and effective repair.
