In Milwaukee, WI, the homeowner is experiencing issues with critters entering through holes in their roof and leaks from a flat roof. They are seeking a full roof replacement, covering 2336 sq ft, using IKO Dynasty shingles in Granite Black. The project includes installing new step flashing and small chimney flashing, as well as repairing rotting fascia and crown corners. Additionally, new 5" white gutters will be installed, replacing the existing gutters, along with a new fascia board.
