Tom reached out to Klaus Roofing Systems by Buck Buckley after discovering a leak in his roof, left behind by a previous contractor who did not complete the work effectively or properly. Frustrated by past experiences with unreliable contractors, Tom did his homework—reading reviews and reaching out to local companies. We started by providing Tom with a free inspection and a detailed quote for the necessary roof repairs. Throughout the project, we maintained open communication with Tom and his wife, ensuring they understood every step of the process and answering any questions they had along the way.

Our team took a thorough approach to the roof replacement. We began by carefully preparing the property, moving breakable items away from the eaves, and protecting the space with tarps. We then removed the existing roofing, addressed rotted or damaged wood, and reinforced the structure with new cdx plywood. To enhance protection, we installed KRS SealoronXT Ice & Water Protector, VeloraONE Synthetic Underlayment, and F8 aluminum drip metal. The new IKO Dynasty architectural lifetime shingles provided a durable, Class 3 impact-resistant finish, giving Tom’s home a fresh, polished look.

By the end of the project, Tom was relieved to finally have a high-quality roof installed by professionals he could trust. The seamless communication and the lasting results gave him peace of mind, knowing his home was well-protected against Wisconsin’s harsh weather conditions.

We had all of our gutters and downspouts replaced by Klaus Roofing Systems during our whole house remodeling. 

This leaky roof was rotted down to the rafters.  We replaced the entire section of roof all the way down to the rafters.

This 10-year-old roof was starting to leak.  Water issues caused significant damage inside the home and the customer worried about her investment. We came out, diagnosed the problem, gave her a detailed plan, and most importantly replaced her roof. She can now sit warm and comfortably this winter knowing her roofing is ready for everything a Wisconsin winter will throw at it. 

A beautiful gutter and roof replacement completed by our Klaus Roofing contractors. Old material was removed and replaced with IKO Dynasty architectural lifetime shingles. New drip metal was installed around the eaves of the roof deck, and rake metal installed around outside rake edges. Our crew also took the time to replace the damaged gutters with new material and added gutter protection to ensure great functionality during inclement weather.
