Roof Replacement Before & After Photos

We replaced the main section of this home, cause the addition was done a couple of years ago. Take a look at what the roof looks like after our work! We used IKO GoldShield Ice and Water Protector on all drip edges, walls, chimneys, and valleys, repaired their chimney flashing, installed a drip edge (which attracts the rain droplets, snow, all types of precipitation into the eavestroughs, and away from the rest of the roof) and rake edges, and updated their ridge vents. A ridge vent is an important part of a home's roofing system! Installed at the peak of a sloped roof, the ridge vent allows damp, warm air to escape from the attic. A properly installed ridge vent increases energy efficiency and prolongs the life of your roof.
