We came in and fixed the previous installers' mistakes by installing a partial roof with our 50-year warranty and making sure everything was airtight and up to code. Patty can now enjoy her living room without any worries of a future leak.

The roof was the original from when the house was built in 1998 and it was at end of life. We did a full tear off and replacement for a great freshener.

Our team removed the existing roof down to the wood deck and replaced any rotted or damaged plywood. We installed KRS SealoronXT Ice & Water Protector and SealoronXT deck tape for enhanced moisture protection. The roof was further secured with VeloraONE synthetic underlayment, new aluminum drip and rake metal, and IKO Dynasty architectural shingles. To improve ventilation, we also added Airvent Shinglevent II ridge vents and installed new flashings around chimneys and vent pipes. The project was completed with a full debris cleanup, leaving the home with a secure and modernized roof.

A homeowner in West Bend, WI, is dealing with a leaking roof and is looking for a complete roof replacement. The project involves installing new step flashing and ice and water protector over the entire section. The roof will use IKO Dynasty shingles in the Granite Black color. Additional features include aluminum flat step flashing, a Perma-Boot, and Air Vent ShingleVent II ridge vent for better ventilation. SealoronXT Ice & Water Protector will be used for added protection. The total area is 2,505 sqft, and the project includes chimney flashing as well.
