We replaced the full roof, soffit and fascia on this home in West Allis.
Soffit repair from a fallen tree during a storm. Reframed damaged framing within the soffit for structural integrity and replaced with new materials for cosmetic appeal.
This home needed a new roof due to its general age and low-quality shingles. Since the owner knew it looked rough, he wanted to replace the roof before it became a bigger issue. As a rental property, he also wanted to make sure the tenants were safe and happy staying there.
We used IDO Cambridge Architectural shingles to stay within his budget while also investing in a great roof for the future!
This home was in need for some updated porch gutters, a new downspout, and to route the southeast side downspout into the porch gutter. We also replaced the porch downspout with a larger one in order to handle all the water that would come from the second-floor gutters.
This project needed some additional labor when it came down to the section where the valley met the chimney flashing. We removed a section of the valley in order to run IKO's Ice and Water Protector. Usually, when doing a chimney flashing, we are able to remove a few shingles around the chimney, install the ice and water, step flashing, and counterflashing. In this case, it was more complex than that. Check out before & after working with Klaus Roofing Systems by Buck Buckley!
