Squirrels had chewed through some wood fascia and gotten into the attic.  We wrapped all of the damaged area in aluminum so that it was repaired and the squirrels wouldn't be able to chew through again.

Overall, pretty good experience. Some miscommunication about a broken light and a missing downspout but the problem was fixed promptly.
