Klaus Roofing Systems removed the old fascia and replaced the rotted wood underneath.  Then they replaced with brand new fascia.  I noticed an excellent work ethic and I would recommend them to everyone!  I will definitely use them in the future for any of my roofing needs.

Our shingles were cracking and the granules in the shingles were lacking, exposing fiberglass in the shingles.  The shingles were nearing end of life.  We also had a leak in a valley over our pool room that was causing staining to the cedar walls inside.  We found out that due to age and builder grade shingles we would be best off replacing the entire roof.  After doing the tear off, we found that the entire home didn't have any Ice and Water.  Code in WI is at least 12 inches-this would explain some of the water leaking problems we were having.  Klaus Roofing Systems by Buck Buckley addressed all these issues.  They installed 6 feet of ice and water and replaced the whole roof.  They had the entire job completed within 2 days!  

We have had work done by Klaus in the past and once again, we are highly impressed with the quality of materials and workmanship.  Good thought process of doing the job right!  We would most definitely refer our friends and family!

I was getting the house ready to sell and I've had leaking in my Four Seasons Room roof.  This caused damage to the ceiling inside plus the fascia was rotting due to water coming in by flashing between the roof of addition and the side of the house.  We replaced the entire section of the roof plus the rotted fascia.  One more thing checked off on my list in order to sell the house.

My house had extensive damage from the windstorm a few months ago.  Ryan from KRS come over to my house to evaluate the damage and work with my insurance company to settle my claim in my favor.  While he was at my house, he also replaced some light bulbs that he noticed were out on my vaulted ceiling.  Now that's what I call "WOW! Service!  Thanks for going above and beyond for me Ryan!

Our whole experience was very satisfying. We called and received a great response time. A packet was mailed to us about the company, along with which salesperson was going to arrive for our consultation. Josh arrived on time and was very pleasant to speak with. He was thorough in his walkthrough and evaluation. We discussed in great length our options. Installation was scheduled that day. Product and crew arrived as stated, and they were all very respectful. We are very pleased with the whole process and will be back for additional services in the future. 

We had all of our gutters and downspouts replaced by Klaus Roofing Systems this fall and I give them 5 stars!  I am highly satisfied with all aspects of the company, from the first phone call to the Design Specialist to the installation.  All around I have only great things to say.  I will definitely refer Klaus Roofing Systems to my friends and family and would hire them again for any roofing needs.

We had a large tree fall on the house during one of the big storms that we had here in Menomonee Falls.  We called Klaus Roofing Systems by Buck Buckley and they came out right away to assess the damage.  Even better, they had all of the repairs to the roof and gutters completed within 1 1/2 weeks!  I was truly impressed with their responsiveness and sense or urgency.  

We were happy with the response time for our emergency roof work needed. Due to a really bad leak into our house from the roof, everything had to be done ASAP. All the of work was done very quickly and communicated well.

This house had galvanized gutters that were rusting out.  We replaced with brand new aluminum gutters and also repaired some squirrel damage.  The squirrel came back within a few days and did the damage again!  The homeowner finally caught the critter, and we came back out and repaired it again at no extra charge.  This homeowner chose Klaus Roofing because of our great reputation and excellent reviews.  We go above and beyond because we believe in giving WOW Service to all!
