A homeowner in Oconomowoc, WI, was experiencing a persistent leak in her multi-layered rubber roof, which was approximately 15 years old. The roof, consisting of a white rubber layer installed over the original rubber roof in 2009, had a leak over the back bedroom window. With no attic to inspect, the issue appeared to be with the 2-piece gutter along the back, rather than the roof itself.
