In order to protect the gutters from leaves and other debris, we added brand new Raindrop Gutter Guards that have a 20-year warranty and are impact resistant. Their raindrop shape creates a debris shedding surface so they won't become clogged.

The gutters on this home were leaky and weren't pitched properly, so they were in need of replacing. Ice and water were pooling and causing ice dams as well as leaking onto the driveway making it slippery. However, the ice needed to be melted in order to replace them. Luckily, we were able to get them on schedule as SOON as the ice was melted!

This home was in need for some updated porch gutters, a new downspout, and to route the southeast side downspout into the porch gutter. We also replaced the porch downspout with a larger one in order to handle all the water that would come from the second-floor gutters.
